1. RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt.


2. ITEM CONDITION

  • Eligible items must be new or slightly used, in good resaleable condition, with original packaging (when available) and proof of purchase.
  • We may deny returns for items that are heavily worn, damaged, or not suitable for resale.

3. RETURN METHOD

  • Returns are by mail only.
  • A pre-addressed return label is provided (download & print, free). Please attach this label and drop the parcel with the specified carrier.

4. FEES

  • A fixed $4.99 restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • This fee is non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective product.

5. HOW TO START A RETURN

Contact us at support@ignitrx.com within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • A short reason for return

We will reply within 1–2 business days with any additional instructions if needed.


6. REFUND TIMELINE

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 8 business days after inspection and approval.
  • Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 1–3 business days to post funds.

7. EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
  • Exchanges follow the same condition requirements as returns.
  • No restocking fee applies to exchanges.
  • Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

8. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Items marked final sale at purchase
  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect
  • Items returned after 14 days of receipt
